Encouragement

"and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near." Hebrews 10:24-25

Everybody always asks us what we miss most about Texas/America, hands down, it would have to be our Church Family. We miss the fellowship that we had with our brothers and sisters in Christ. But, even across the ocean, we can be encouraged by you. Rather it is an email, a Facebook runin, or a visit! We were able to meet with Jason Hall in Munich, Germany this past Wednesday! Even though we didn't get to spend a whole lot of time together, the time that we did get to spend will last a long time! Our visit lifted our spirits and encouraged us on our mission. Thank you so much! And then, when we got home, we had sweet letters and pictures from our First Graders! Thank you Mrs. Karen and Mrs. Cindy, that really meant a lot to us.

Now, I get to share a little answered prayer with you. I know that a lot of you have been praying for us to find a church or a local group of believers that we can fellowship with, and I think we are a bit closer. We went to a home Bible Study on Tuesday - that was awesome! We are scared to get too excited about it, before we visit the church, but we are encouraged by it. There were about 15 that met, and we studied through 2 Peter 2. Needless to say, they were as skeptical about us and our beliefs as we were of theirs, which we think is a good thing. But after the study and sharing testimonies, you could feel their warmth and sincerity. We honestly fealt like we had known them for a long time, like being with old friends or family members. We can only explain this by the bond which we share of the blood of Christ. We plan to attend church services in the morning, we will let you know how it goes. This would open so many doors. Thank you so much for praying for us so faithfully, we love you.
